Return Policy

  • Brand-new merchandise may be returned within 3 business days of receipt with a 30% restocking fee. Mattresses or box springs removed from their plastic covering may not be returned
  • Defective merchandise that is clean and without signs of abuse may be exchanged within 90 days of receipt for the identical product. Transportation of the merchandise is the customer’s responsibility
  • Exchanges must be authorized. Images of the defect(s) must be sent to sales@bplusfurniture.com in order to receive an authorization.
  • Customers who received free delivery will be required to pay the standard delivery fee for their zip code in addition to a 30% restocking fee
